"What is the biggest challenge facing Cocoa Beach, and what will I do about it if elected?"- Florida Today Cocoa Beach is stuck in a rut. With 3 new Commissioners and a new Manager, I'd schedule a public workshop and ask the new Commissioners to express their ideas. Then, with input from the Manager and public, identify 3 or 4 priorities for us to focus on. My top priorities are: Encourage reinvestment in Cocoa Beach (within the established downtown vision and height/density laws), Identify a vision (with public and stakeholder input) for the other areas of Cocoa Beach and Insist city interfaces are user friendly so we don't chase off opportunities.
